Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) has emerged as a concerning complication following breast augmentation surgery. While the exact etiology remains elusive, recent research has shed light on the potential role of bacterial colonization on breast implants in the pathogenesis of this rare lymphoma.
