The perioperative management of pediatric patients with complex medical conditions poses unique challenges to healthcare providers. This research article provides an in-depth exploration of the strategies and considerations involved in ensuring the safety and optimal outcomes of these vulnerable patients. We discuss the preoperative assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring that are essential components of successful perioperative management in this patient population.
