First line nursing staff are liable for ensuring inhabitants, the most weak populace, from COVID-19 diseases. They are at a high danger of being tainted with COVID19 and experience undeniable degrees of mental distress.To investigate the difficulties and adapting systems saw by nursing staff during the COVID-19 pandemic in China. In April 2020, we directed a subjective report utilizing inside and out semi-organized meetings with nursing staff.
