In the realm of modern computing, where speed and efficiency are paramount, the concept of latency emerges as a critical factor influencing the user experience and system performance. Latency, often referred to as the delay or lag in data transmission, processing, or response, plays a pivotal role in determining how seamlessly various technologies function and interact. From the tiniest nanosecond delays in electronic circuits to the more noticeable delays in network communications, latency's influence is ubiquitous and profound. At its core, latency represents the time delay between initiating an action and witnessing a response.
